See a hematologist: Easy bruising suggests an abnormality in the blood components that regulate blood clotting or an abnormality in the blood vessel wall. These abnormalities can be new or inherited. You need a coagulation profile  reviewed by a hematologist

Arthroscopy: No do not be worried. This can happen. You have postoperative bleeding. Use heat and ibuprofen.

Reassurance: You possibly had a severe muscle spasm during warming up and then some vessels was broken. Because few days are over this is aLready not dangerous. But be careful in the future Zumba. Increase intensity gradually.

Did you fall or almost fall and catch your self, new exercises?, moving furniture?, lifting something?, long hike?, Old injury aggravated by new movements?  Your body is talking to you. Listen and take good notes and share with your Dr or us.
