i had a thyroid  fna biopsy done and the result was benign. afterwards i did a tgab blood test that came back positive, 32 ui/ml - the normal range is 0 to 27 ui/ml. i would be very grateful to learn about the significance of this result.

Not the right test: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, TgAb test is just above normal and not of concern. But it was not the right test, you need to get serum thyroglobulin level if thyroid tumor is your concern.

That TSH: While technically normal is considered by many to be slightly high relative to your age. Discuss it with your rotor. Hypothyroidism can increase prolactin somewhat. If you're taking cabergoline, it needs to be taken twice a week to be effective.

other causes for my tachycardia? all normal causes seem to be ruled out heart structure is normal, blood test shows normal ranges too, thyroid fine.

Depends: Depends upon the type of tachycardia - PSVT / A fib/flutter / sinus tach?  PSVT is an electrical problem in the AV node of the heart.  In a young male AFIB is iikely related to alcohol use and sinus tach is likely related to anxiety.

is a tsh level of 0.35 normal? before my blood test, my doctor suggested that i might have thyroid issues given my frequent pvcs and insomnia. i read this can be considered in range in some cases?

Having said that, your level is just below the normal, you doctor should also evaluate your free T4 and free T3 levels.

: I assume you had total thyroidectomy and you are on thyroid hormone replacement? Anti-Tg antibodies are detectable in as many as 10 percent of the general population and 20 percent of thyroid cancer patients. Thyroglobulin (Tg) values obtained in the presence of anti-Tg antibodies may not be clinically reliable for follow-up after total thyroidectomy for thyroid cancer.
