i've been experiencing headaches for the past 5 days. they are generally bearable within the day, but intensify when i bend down or lift my head up. i can describe it as a throbbing pain on both my temples, but mostly on the left. what should i do?

: Although many causes for headaches, positional changes might signify sinus congestion.  But your description brings up an emerging migraine pattern.  Start with your primary physician, and decide the next steps.  If migraine seems best diagnosis, see a neurologist.

Blood pressure: When you bend over with your head lower the pressure in your head increases. Usually a mild sensation, but if painful could mean your blood pressure is high. Please get in checked. Can also be headache prone, and minor changes in circulation can trigger headaches.

Your headache or ?: Some migraines last longer than others.  It is not unheard of that one could last this long.

Is it the same quality as your migraine?  Is it the same location as your migraine?  Was it associated with nausea or light sensitivity at some point?  These questions would help determine if it is a bad version of your usual migraine, or whether diagnostic help is needed.

i get this throbbing pain in my right temple when i move. it last for a few minutes then goes away. sometimes it just comes and goes. what is this?

Temporalis spasm: This could be a spasm of the temporalis muscle from overuse.  It can create pain locally or referred pain to face, forhead, upper posterior teeth, and or in and around the ear.  The trigger point is a knot in the muscle which when pressed can refer pain activating the trigger point. Massage, warm compresses, or stretching can help to alleviate the pain.

i have a weird throbbing pain on my left temple on and off, it just happens suddenly i don't know what to do i'm worried! any tips or answers please!

? Stress: There are several possibilities.  One of most common is a stress reaction that causes a tightening of the jaw muscle that arises in the temple area.  
    Try to avoid too much chewing especially of hard substances.  Learn meditation techniques to relax your jaw.
Do you grind your teeth at night?
   The fact that it comes and goes is reassuring that it is probably  not serious.

i get headaches for approx 12-15hours at front, temples, lower lft and rt. and when i move it hurts too, more a throbbing pain than a headache. why?

Common symptom: You had a "contusion" which can be associated w pain and swelling.  Usually icing and taking an otc med like tylenol, (acetaminophen) motrin, alleve, advil etc  can be helpful.   If other symptoms such as vision canges, dizziness, balance problems confusion arises- then proceed to be seen immediately.  Otherwise- you just "bumped your head".

i have pain on my left calve and minor throbbing pain on my left temple, could i be having a heart attack?

Not likely: Diabetics can have atypical signs and symptoms  when experiencing a heart attack, these are not them. But if there is any doubt get checked at your doctors. Your electrolytes , lipid profile and glucose needs to be tested although by age 40 a patient should have an ekg done, but diabetics do have increased risk so it would be reasonable to have one done now. Other  risks include smoking hypertensi.
