Your brain: Weed is a mind altering drug and just because it may be legal does not make it harmless. If you have tonsillitis you should be tested to see if it is strep throat and treated accordingly.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Nobody knows: While throat cancer is conspicuously increased in tobacco smokers, there's not enough data yet for weed smokers. It's often synergistic with alcohol. If the risk were huge, we'd probably know it by now. Life's a matter of weighing risks and benefits. This is your business. There are other ways of getting a cannabis buzz if this is what you want.
