needing expert help. i have throat pain and chest pain?

Need more info: Do you have a fever? Difficulty swallowing? Bad breath? Is your chest pain worse with deep breath? Worse with cough? Are you short of breath? Do you bring up phlegm? Do you smoke? How long have you been ill? Are you getting better, staying the same, or getting worse?  Is your tongue coated? Do you have pus on your tonsils?   So many questions!  you need to see your doctor!

i started having weird throat pain and chest pain and was  burping a lot. the burping relieves the pain for a millisecond. it is a sharp pain.

Spasm: Esophageal spasm can be quite sudden and painful and this may be what you're experiencing. Sometimes swallowing water May relieve the spasm.  If you force yourself to burp, you are actually swallowing more air. If symptoms persist get examined by a physician for diagnosis and treatment.

went to er, lower throat pain and chest pain from flexing. test came back good beside liver enzymes. could this from taking pre workout and no water?

Not likely: Liver can be irritated for many reasons. Hydrate eat healthy do not smoke drink or take drugs

Reflux symptoms: Sounds like classic symptoms of reflux/hyperacidity/gastritis/espohagitis
In addition to taking a six week course of Nexium (or similar drug..Aciphex, Pantoprazole etc, elevate the head of your bed 4” with books or boards and don’t eat within 3 hours of bedtime. Avoiding alcohol for a few weeks might also be helpful

Might by heartburn: Sometimes acid reflux from the stomach can present like this.  However, it can also be a sign of a more serious condition.  I would either see your doctor or try a short course (1-2 weeks) of antacid therapy and if no better than see your doctor.

Viral infection: Sounds like viral upper respiratory infection which can result in bronchitis, nasal congestion, and sore throat. Sometimes vomiting and diarrhea can also occur. The bumps are reflections of reaction to infection in back of throat. Sometimes get superimposed bacterial infection. You can always consult physician for examination to make sure of correct diagnosis.

Chest&throat pain: Sudden chest and throat pain can be from heart condition like angina pectoris, myocardial infection if it is on left side mainly.Other causes are acid reflux/esophagitis, acte respiratory infection

Chest Pain, See GP: is always a symptom that you should discuss with your GP to try to establish the cause. There are many causes of chest pain.
