Strep Throat: Typically, throat pain would not occur when sneezing. However, throat pain with or without swallowing might be due a throat infection; for example, strep tonsillitis, or another form of tonsillitis. Untreated or under treated allergic rhinitis or sinusitis could lead to a tonsillitis and hence sneezing is coincident to the sore throat. An exam with rapid strep test might help sort this out.

i have clear mucus and sneezing for like 4 months now. also had some fever & throat pain. sometimes i feel so tired. what's wrong with me? thank you

Probable allergy: Allergy is associated with sneezing and clear drainage.  Throat drainage can irritate the throat.  Chronic allergy can also cause fatigue. Try otc Allegra (fexofenadine) which is a non sedating antihistamine.

Soar throat: Is not uncommon , some times due allergy , viral infestation or bacterial infection, treatment  is based on the cause . See u physician for evaluation and treatment.

Flu symptoms: Rest and drink extra fluids. Use Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Advil. Follow up with your doctor or urgent care if you are not better or feeling worse. All the best.

Nopostnasal drip?: This could cause 1 sided throat pain. If not, see an ENT  Dr. and get scoped in the nose to see the back of the throat. They should be able to diagnose your problems. If you do have postnasal drip,try flonase or rhinocort nasal spray and see if this helps.

had cold,nasal drip, sneezing, chills, sinus pain. mostly gone.  woke in night 3 days ago. aggresive sore cough. lasted 10 mins if that.took antacid,went to bed. fine sleep. ear and throat pain has developed since then. chills again off and on?

Dr. can check it out: New throat pain can be from strep throat infection (antibiotics are needed), a cold or influenza (antibiotics usually not used), or from some other cause such as allergies or irritants. Usually a person sees a doctor if the sore throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away quickly (mainly to check for strep throat). Some throat lozenges and Tylenol or Motrin can lessen pain temporarily.

Laryngitis: Sounds like you have laryngitis. You lost your voice because the virus attacked your vocal cords and caused them to swell. The swelling will go down over the next 24 hours and your voice will come back. Just a lot of cool fluids will help and no talking. Talking will cause the vocal cords to vibrate more and aggravate the swelling.
