Sinusitis: In addition to the other correct answers already given,  i would like to add the frequent occurrence of this bacteria associated with chronic rhino-sinusitis.  Furthermore, this bacteria can release exotoxins which in some cases, can lead to up-regulation of lymphocytes in the nasal mucosa, so called, super antigen hypothesis for the etiology of chronic sinusitis.

Tonsillitis : You may have chronic tonsillitis.  A tonsillectomy may be helpful if this is the case.

?Nebuliser at home: Do you have a nebuliser at home? Use this with duolin nebules if possible. And keep chatting on this forum WHat other meds do you have at home that could help? Stay and home and use this platform or others if possible.

Salt water: Salt walter gargles, tylenol (acetaminophen) and Ibuprofen can all be very helpful in relieving sore throats.
However, if the pain is severe or the symptoms persist, then you should see your doctor for further evaluation.

Relief: For significant sore throat with swollen tonsils / lymph nodes –  see physician & get a strep throat test/ culture. If you have strep throat, antibiotic therapy is imperative to prevent future complications. Consider tylenol (acetaminophen) or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications. Saltwater gargles: mix 1 tsp salt in 8 oz warm water – gargle several times a day. Or gargle with aloe vera juice twice a day.

had a 101.2f fever w/ body aches & sore throat yesterday, but fever & body aches are gone today... could it still be covid if those things went away already?
