Only two ways!: First, do not have an std yourself. Avoiding promiscuous behavior is foremost. Seeing a physician should be axiomatic. Second, make sure you use barrier protection. May take some mental pleasure away, but it is the next safest thing to do. Finally, make sure she does not have an std already.  Passage is two ways!

Lupus, old age...: False-positive syphilis screens are common in older folks and especially in lupus; that's why we follow up. The herpes antibody blood tests are notoriously unreliable. Interpreting microbiology smears requires expertise; i once had to defend a bogus "child abuse" case in which a pediatrician mistook chickenpox for gonorrhea based on his ignorance interpreting a lab test.

STD: There are many possibilities. If you have had unprotected sex you should be seen by a doctor and appropriately evaluated.  Canada has a great medical care system with terrific doctors. Go and see one.

Yeast: Actually a fungal infection is more common to cause itching.  Usually near the foreskin and glands.
Try an antifungal cream on the area and try to keep the area dry.  If no improvement see a physician.

Kissing can pass STD: Better to take a little time to get to know a person,before such intimate contact occurs.Use normal precautions,condoms,and common sense.Its an unforgiving world out there.The onus is on you to take care of yourself,and remember,you kiss your mother with that mouth.

Not necessarily... : Definitely not necessarily caused by pregnancy or infections. There are some hormonal problems that can cause irregular vaginal bleeding like thyroid issues and poly cystic ovarian syndrome among others. At certain times stress especially when severe can cause menstrual issues as well. Besides emotional stress, poor diet habits, excessive exercise, just to mention a couple can cause this problem.

had a massage 4 days ago and got a hanjob from the massage lady with lube or massage oil started to get an itch the next day around the foreskin may i possibly catch an std or sti? their is no visible things and it got better do feel an itch sometime?

: There is STD/HIV risk from hand-genital contact. Itching alone is not an symptom of HIV or any STD, but could be caused by physical irritation, allergy to the oil, etc.

i have a rash on my penis, its been there for 2 months, i got std tested and was negative, they said it would just go away, and now it is spreading to large painful pimple like things on my inner thigh. what do i do?

: May be eczema or psoriasis (if flaky)  or infection like staph/strep, would follow up with urgent care/ MD may need antibiotics

Not necessarily: Other STDS are not likely to affect your response to HPV.  Get HPV vaccine and you will not need to be concerned about it.
However, other STDs make you more likely to catch HIV, if you get exposed to it.
Use contraceptive all the time, every time.

Normal: What you are seeing is normal. Small white pearly nodule or vesicle like structures at the junction of the glans and body of the penis are normal structures. These are neither weird nor a sign of STD.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.
