What's your BMI?: How much you weigh and how tall are you ? The goal to stay healthy is to keep your bmi around 20.   You do the calculation. Lose slowly with healthy  diet, less sweets or sugar, more exercise.

Symptoms: 
These symptoms could be from a number of conditions. Have you had any known COVID 19 contacts?  Suspicion for COVID 19 is higher if you have at least 2 of these symptoms: temp of at least 99.6, Cough, Shortness of breath, Chills, Shivering, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat or new loss of taste or smell.

The sheer amount: of symptoms and the amount of body systems involved without any chronology  makes this very difficult to sort out and would best be done by your personal physician.  Symptoms and their chronological development are very important in determining causality and relationship to each other, if any.  I would recommend you discuss with your personal doctor or if none start with the paid physician here.
