ov'd 9/4-9/9 & everyday from the 3rd-8th had sex. he came in me 1x. it is 9/9 &i have had cramps, larger sore breasts headach & white discharge. preg?

Maybe: Very hard to say this early on, but certainly possible.  Won't be able to know for a couple more weeks.  Once you reach the date on which you expect to get your period (assuming a regular cycle) take a urine pregnancy test.  At that point the result should be pretty reliable.

Could be: Breast tenderness and a sore abdomen could be symptoms suggesting that your period is about to start. More information about your cycle, other symptoms like itching, contraceptive use, and whether you are sexually active would be necessary to give a better answer. The discharge could be normal vaginal secretions or could be due to an infection. I wish I could be of more help.

Might be hormones: Depo has built-in margin of safety in most pts ofa month. It can be wearing off and you can be getting ready to cycle on your own, and either get pregnant or have a period. If hpt still neg in  2-3 wks you might see a med professional about options.

Lactating breasts: could mean either pregnancy or hormonal imbalance.  I would make sure to check a pregnancy test, then if negative check it again 1 week later.  You do not want to have a pregnancy and not know it.  If everything is negative, then you have irregular bleeding from cycle and may need to see a GYN to regulate it again, especially after 3-4 months of similar bleeding.

Yes, but: First, i would have a doctor check the discharge to see if it's milky (they can see that under the microscope). If so, i would recommend blood hormone testing (thyroid panel, kidney function, and prolactin level) and a breast ultrasound in addition to the mammogram. Also, there are many medications that can cause this, but not zyrtec (cetirizine). Are you on anything else? Or any herbal supplements?

Maybe normal: All of this depends on where you are in the menstrual cycle. If you are near the time for your period then a thickened endometrial lining would be expected as well as a change in vaginal discharge right before your cycle and pms symptoms. A symptom diary where you track your cycles and symptoms can be very helpful to your doctor to figure out if this is normal or not.

I assume u mean: White breast discharge, u need evaluation as u may have galactorrhea which can be caused by a pituitary tumor in some instances, u need to see your gyn or endocrine so they can draw a prolactin level( no breast stimulation for 48 hrs before) if the prolactin level is elevated then u may need an MRI of pituitary and u will need a breast exam and mammogram.

Possible causes for galactorrhea include but are not limited to use of birth control pills, tricyclic antidepressants, antipsychotic meds, some sedatives, fennel, anise, fenugreek, some hypertension meds, cocaine, opioids, hypothyroidism, prolactinoma, renal dz, testosterone deficiency in men ; significant breast stimulation.

May be: Monitor your cycles, also occasionally a period can be delayed even in the absence of perimenopause. However, if you want to avoid pregnancy, it is best to use consistent contraception
