Constipation afer sc: Your scope was Oct 15 and its now Nov 7 - this is not normal to have constipation lasting so long after a scope. You need to discuss this issue with the GI doctor.

typical : Irregular bleeding is an almost universal side effect of implanon. There is no normal time for your period on this birth control  method. Irregular bleeding can be annoying but it does not mean that the method is not working. This side effect is very typical of Progesterone only birth control methods.

Probably normal: Dark brown discharge is just old blood. The first thing to rule out is always pregnancy. If that's negative then you probably have a hormone imbalance making your periods irregular.
