Irregular periods: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections ;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Dizziness may be: lightheadedness (a feeling that you are about to faint or pass out) or vertigo (feeling that you or your surroundings are moving when there is no actual movement). Brief lightheadedness generally does not indicate serious problem. Medications and many conditions can cause dizziness. If it persists or leads to problems such as falling, seek evaluation. Phenergan: is a strong atni-histamine of the :old fashioned" variety 
producing SLEEPINESS as a major effect not just a "side" effect and like ANY SLEEPING MED it can cause confusion and memory issues.... these effects should subside even after chronic use and if the effects persist a complete NEUROLOGIC evaluation is a must!

i sent in a question earlier about being on levoxyl 200mcg. extreme tiredness and foggy head. also taking verapamil 80mg bid for side effects for verapamil that are serious are extreme fatigue and lack of energy. could it be this or something else. theses

Extreme : Extreme fatigue is a very concerning symptom.  It sounds like you have significant medical conditions.  Please be sure your thyroid levels have been checked recently.  You may need other blood tests including to be sure you are not anemic.  Please be sure that your blood pressure is running normally.  Your doctor will want to know about these symptoms.

Probably not azithro: Azithromycin has had a few reports of CNS side-effects, but not the things which you are describing.  Would attribute these to something else.

Perhaps : Perhaps you can look into a intrauterine device. There is a brand that is made of copper that does not contain hormone. The material in the copper makes the moist uterine environment poisonous to sperm, and sperm are unable to survive, preventing conception. Iuds can be placed by your doctor as a short, outpatient sterile procedure. The procedure takes less than 10 minutes and minimal pain is associated. It is a small device that is placed in your uterus and most iuds can be in place for 5-10 years.
After the procedure, you may experience cramping and vaginal spotting.
Ask your doctor about a copper iud.
