Not a problem: Not sure if this mega vitamin will be of any benefit but it will not cross react with the Crohn's.  A normal healthy diet generally includes most needed vitamins so you might simply be feeding these vitamins to the fish as they pass out of his system.

Vitamin D: This is a tough question to answer because all vitamins have a place, but looking at your history, the single most important vitamin to make sure you get is vitamin d. It helps your brain and your hormones. If you mean what brand of vitamins, again, its tough, but i look for vitamins with good ingredients and no added long list of extra ingredients. One brand i like is metabolic maintenance.

Depends: The results you get from a vitamin depends upon many things. One, it would depend on your body's need for the vitamin - if you do not need it , it will not make a difference.  It also depends upon the the quality of the vitamin- some are good and some are no good at all. Next, it would depend on your body's ability to absorb and use the vitamin.  It can take months to notice a difference.

Very unhealthy idea: Fasting for two weeks could make you ill. Once your body clicks into starvation mode - your metabolic rate may drop and put you at risk for weight gain when you start eating again. Most multiple vitamins have minimal calories. Gummy vitamins and other "candied" options are usually higher in calories.
