About once every...: For adult men, give 250  mg IM once every 4 weeks. If you also have diabetes the testosterone will help you control it better.

Very well!!!: Testosterone cypionate is very effective at building muscle assuming 1) adequate dose/level 2) adequate nutrition 3) exercise 4) previously low level. If you take a shot and then sit back in your recliner, you won't build muscle. But if you get "enough" (as documented by lab tests), combined w/good nutrition (enough protein) and regular exercise, your body should respond by building muscle.

No: Activated charcoal is given orally to minimize risk of or treat overdose. Testosterone cypionate is injected. Therefore, activated charcoal should not interfere w/blood levels of testosterone derived from injection. However, it would always be a good idea to follow up w/your family doc as to why activated charcoal was given as well as w/whoever prescribed testosterone to insure close follow up.

No OTC for this: Talk to your doctor about options and the meds he is on. It is generally not desirable to take anything on line regarding sexuality. They are often not tested for safety or purity, let alone effectiveness. Let the doctor advise you.

Testosterone: If you are an adult, the size of your penis will not enlarge except by having erections but it will not add length or girth to your penis.
