Testicle pain : It's uncertain what can be the problems without an examination and ultrasound of the testicle. I wonder if you have a cyst around the testicle or swollen veins about the testicle

gynecomastia: There are medications that can cause gynecomasia, as well as excessive use of cannabis. Teen age boys often have some, and sometimes it does not regress with adulthood.  Excessive estrogen is a very rare cause.  Gynecomastia needs to be distinguished from obesity.  Supplements are not your answer. See your doctor.

i have right testcle mild hydroele since from 8 months with no swelling and have normal both testis . i contact my local doc he give me scrotal support underware and give medicine like voltral and cyclosporine . is this will correct my hydro?age 25?

: Sorry but I do not understand why your doctor prescribed votral (a NSAID) and cyclosporine (an immunosuppressive drug) for this condition.

Connection: The testis are formed near the kidneys & migrate down into the scrotum over time. During descent they leave the abdomen in a tubular projection of a lining of the abdominal wall called the peritoneum, which adheres to the testis & blood vessels like shrink wrap. If the shrink wrap doesn't shrink enough, clear abdominal fluid can end up in the scrotum next to the testis.

typically dry ejaculate is not harmful but can impair fertility. Checking the urine for sperm after ejaculation makes the call.
Swollen veins in scrotum are likely to be varicocele.

Not Enough Info: There could be several things going on.  If the solid swelling is on/in the scrotal skin, it may be a sebaceous cyst.  If the swelling is inside the scrotum, but not attached to the testes, it could be a cyst or clot.  If the solid swelling is on the testes, it needs to be evaluated for testicular cancer as soon as possible.  See your doctor for further evaluations.

See a doc!: You are in the perfect age group to get testicular cancer. This isn't usually painful, but it can be and it needs to be ruled out right away. Another possibility is torsion, where the testicle gets twisted. This can be an emergency and make you sterile. See a doctor right away for an ultrasound, which is painless. If those things are ruled out, it could be an infection, inflammation or a hernia.

Here are several tips you can follow that help reduce swelling in your scrotum: Laying down with your feet elevated will help to keep your scrotum above the level of your heart- use pillows or cushions. Apply ice for 10 minutes every 1 to 2 hours. Intercourse should be OK after 14 days.
