Here are some...: Can you specify what was removed after testicular injury? The swelling from tissue injury either by trauma or surgery should be resolved in 4 to 6 months.  If not, eight months after injury is the time to be reassessed with physical examination and ultrasound study. Meanwhile, it would be useful to bring the detail of the sequence of events since injury to the doctor for the analysis.

Maybe: The testicle is very sensitive and because of its location is easily injured. The pain from mild trauma and a normal ultrasound usually should be gone with 5-7 days. If it is continuing get back to see your urologist.

Unknown: The individual risk for miscarriage can not be calculated. Time will tell and you will need to keep your follow up appointments. Subchorionic hematomas do increase the risk. The fact that you saw a heart beat already lowers the risk.

Unclear: I am not sure what you mean by jerking. If you are referring to your mood and behavior then stress management techniques may help. If you are referring to your body being moved around during travel then that is unlikely to cause problems but clarification with your doctor may be helpful.

Don't worry: Subchorionic hematoma (SCH) is the most common abnormality found on ultrasound.  SCH tend to be more common in the first trimester and is often associated with vaginal bleeding.  SCH do not appear increase the risk of miscarriage, regardless of size.

Tunica vaginalis: Sac that lies around most of the testis. Hydroceles are collections of fluid forming within the tunica vaginalis.

Lump: While most soft "lumps" in the scrotum are benign cysts, you should still be examined by your physician or a urologist.  If there is any question following examination, an ultrasound of the scrotum should be ordered.

Yes it can: Typically testicular cancer spreads to the lymph nodes in the abdomen; spread to  the lungs is also quite common.
