Normal: They may also get black and blue. Should be almost gone by two weeks. Check with your surgeon to be sure.

i'm afraid of having klinefelter, my right testicle is 5.5 length left is 4, i have very slight gyno, wide hips, no learning disabilities, full beard, very strong muscles since i was young i'm always stronger than all my friends?

Klinefelter?: The only way to know for certain is to see your doctor.  Having one testicle lower than the other is normal and not an indicator of Klienfelter Syndrome.  Glad to hear you are generally healthy.  Peace and good health.

Diff. size testes: Not abnormal, both are of good size. However, might be significant if left is smallwer & you have a left sided varicocele. Varicocele feels like a "bag of worms" in scrotum when you are standing up.

Absolutely normal: In fact your testicular volume is about 25ml which is about average for caucasian or african-ameriacn male.

Normal: in hot weather they hang  to keep cool in cold they are shorter  . thats the cremasteric reflex .. dont worry

Small: Size isn't everything.  Bigger testicles means bigger testicles and has nothing to do with their function.  The only time you might evaluate them is if you were at a fertility clinic.
You don't say why you are concerned.  If you are having pain (if severe go to Emergency Department), erectile dysfunction, or other symptoms, then I would see your primary care physician or a urologist

New or old finding?: if new finding, see your PCP for an examination. Depending on the findings, he/she may order an ultrasound for additional information.
