If only 1 testicle: ... Was injured, and the other 1 was fine, fertility should be ok. If both testicles were severely injured, that would have more serious implications for fertility. Minor testicular injuries should have no effect on fertility.

my testostrone level is 8.1(6-27) is the range . im only 28 had testicle injury in my teenage and it hurt only for a day. is this level normal?

Yes: Obviously your t level was within the normal range albeit at the low normal side.  If you have no sexual dysfunction or muscle mass loss, why worry over this issue?   If the t level declines further in the future and you do have sexual issues, then testosterone replacement can be started.

Probably unrelated: Your low normal t levels are probably incidental and don't have anything to do with your prior injury.  Testosterone should be checked on two occasions and should be associated with physical symptoms in order to be diagnosed as low.

How do you FEEL?: You are on a major antidepressant and if your presenting complaint is sexual dysfunction, you need to consider your meds, your life situation and feelings, and other possible medical problems (prolactinoma, hemochromatosis, several others) before deciding on the very unlikely idea that a baseball injury is the cause. Most guys with "low T" measured by labs are still perfectly virile.

Scrotal hematoma: THis is not a cause of testis atrophy. However injury to the testis its-self can cause atrophy.

i have abnormalities w/ left testicle that i want seen. i cannot go to their office at this time so i want a virtual visit. abnormalities are easily visible so is it inappropriate to email pictures of the area prior to meeting? ill go when i can irl?

In person exam: Unfortunately, evaluation of testicular abnormalities need to be assessed in person. The texture, thickness and mobility of the abnormality, as well as its proximity or connection to other structures will give the examining Dr much information and allow for an accurate diagnosis. This cannot be done adequately on a video exam. Typically imaging (ultrasound) is also done.

Draining lesion: You may have an abscess or perianal fistula near your perineal body which is draining fluid. The best course of action is to visit a general surgeon who specializes in colon and rectal surgery for a history and physical exam in person.

: Depends on the length and nature of the injury. You are still young so be optimistic so there are still chances of them to redevelop. Time will tell
