Hormonal imbalance: By coil do you mean an IUD? The color change on nipples may be due to hormonal changes and are normal. If you had unprotected sex before the placement of IUD, you may wish to do a pregnancy test, if you missed your period.

Fibrocystic changes: You could have fibrocystic changes. This is the most common cause of breast pain.  It can be aggravated by caffeine, stress, menstrual cycle and hormonal supplements. In this case it is due to hormonal changes related to the termination of pregnancy.

Can be normal: Breast tenderness before your period is normal. Premenstrual symptoms can change with time &amp; increase or decrease from period to period depending on age, diet, emotional &amp; physical factors. Breast pain: Breast pain can be caused by weight gain, dietary changes, poor fitting bras, changes in exercise patterns, hormonal changes, breast cysts, fibrocystic changes and other causes. Schedule a visit for a breast exam.

i took hcg shot in cd12. sore breasts for 5 days cd21 till 25.prgnancy test in blood was unclear in the day 15 after hcg shot.what's that mean?

Hard to say: I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "unclear". If the pregnancy test was negative it means you are either too early to  confirm pregnancy or you did not achieve pregnancy this cycle. However, by D27 most serum pregnancy tests would be positive in the setting of a normal pregnancy. I would repeat another pregnancy test in a week and at that point it will be more definitive one way or the other.

No bleeding after AB: If you had a surgical abortion early in the pregnancy, it is possible that you won't bleed much. However, the lack of any bleeding and still having tender breasts could be signs that there is still a pregnancy or still pieces of placenta or other pregnancy substances in your uterus. Please perform a pregnancy test and see your doctor. Good luck.

i have stomach ache, sore breasts and fatigue! i last ovulated 22nd february think i'm due on 13th march am i having early pregnancy signs?

Possible: If ovulated 2/22 should have next cycle 14days later.  The 13th would be very late and correlate to a 35day (28nl) day cycle.  If that is normal for you, you should be evaluated for anovulation.  Every luteal phase (last 14days) of the cycle should generate those "pregnancy signs" called moliminal symptoms.  Merely represents Progesterone effect and is perfectly normal.  Check a test at cd32.

You didn't tell us: When you were testing related to when you ovulated/ had sex. Most women do a standard pregnancy test once they actually miss their period. 
An early pregnancy test can be done prior to that. If the first test in negative you can retest in a week or less using the first morning void. Take care.

Not normal: Could be many different things , call your OB now u need an evaluation and will prob need breast studies if the pain is coming from your breast and not somewhere else like below your breast.
