1st csection done 3 wks ago. right side i'd say around ovary area/incision/right hip/incision feels pulled/opened when i walk. can barely bend/walk.  that area lower abdomen right side and incision also tender to touch. what to do and diagnosis?

Go back to C/s MD: You need to go back to your OB MD's office/clinic that performed the C/section to have the incision re-evaluated for infection or a loss of wound integrity as soon as possible.

Not sure: Your physical signs (lump on lower right abdomen) and symptoms (sore ribs and back with popping ribs) don't fit well together.  I suggest you see your primary care physician for an exam and a more complete history.

had a few harsh hits to the lower abdomen. now area is tender, and discomfort in area right between the right side pelvis and belly button. other wise i feel fine. should i be concerned about any internal damage to gi tract?

: Hopefully your abdominal wall musculature was strong enough to protect your internal organs. Significant damage to the intestinal tract would be manifested by passing blood rectally or severe abdominal distension from perforation, internal bleeding or bowel obstruction. . At this time you have no worrisome signs or symptoms.

Hard to figure out: what your question is. If you don't have kidney stones, which is most common reason for flank/ back pain and blood in urine, then infection and tumor must be ruled out. See your doctor: Your symptoms may be signs of something significantly wrong.  One cannot tell without a complete history, physical and possible lab/imaging tests.  Possibilities in the region of your pain include ovarian cyst, appendicitis, uti, or kidney infection to name a few.  Follow with your doctor as soon as you can.

Abdominal pain: Possible appendicitis. you should have a CBC done. I WBC count elevated. See your Doctor

Rule out Tubal Pregn: Your symptoms are worrisome. Pain like you have requires medical examination from your doctor ASAP. If your menstrual period was delayed by more than 2 weeks, then a tubal pregnancy is one serious consideration. This requires immediate examination by a health care worker. If symptoms are getting worse go to the ER over this weekend for a medical examination and testing. Good luck.

Be seen: It is impossible to say without physically examining him.  He needs to be seen by a physician for exam and diagnosis.

Change diet: If the CT scan is normal then the lump may not be anything more than a cyst but you should consult your doctor to be sure. For the bloating try dietary changes like eliminating dairy or gluten.

since august ive suffered lower back pain/hips and abdomen tenderness directly below my belly button (not moved). i am a thin person and the pain appears deep when touching what feels like a long solid vein/muscle. aaa exam negative. what could it be?

Seems unusual: If this pain is enough that it interferes with your usual activity or well being then it needs further evaluation. If it is unaffected by movement then we can assume its not musculoskeletal. If you are truly tender in that spot then you need urinalysis, blood work, and if still not clear an abdominal and pelvic CT scan with contrast. This can be done all at once in an ER or over time at a clinic.
