i have  tender thing around  my bellybutton.  it's something  tiny piece  of thing is bulging out. it causes sharp pai & dissappear when lie down.

Possible hernia: It sounds like you may have a small hernia. Hernias are not dangerous unless they become incarcerated (twisted off) If the pain is severe and does not go away quickly you should go to Emergency. Otherwise see your doctor to determine if this is a hernia or some other problem.

Gallbladder symptoms: "Biliary" symptoms are sub-acute onset of right upper quadrant abdominal discomfort (radiates to right shoulder blade, crescendoing over several minutes, resolving over 6-8 hours +/-nausea/vomit. This typically occurs after a fatty meal due to a gallstone becoming impacted in the cystic duct (connection of gallbladder to biliary tree). Acalculous cholecystitis is a sick gallbladder without stones.

Ectopic pregnancy?: Do not be scared of an "appendix" as much as of an ectopic pregnancy.  Any abdominal pain in any young female is always suspicious for ectopic pregnancy, which is a surgical emergency.

Infection: What you described suggest infection in the belly button.  You may apply triple antibiotic ointment, available over the counter. If that does not help in a week or so, it would be prudent to see your doctor.

Needs to be seen: by your family doctor. Wounds/Sores around belly button that do not heal may be evidence of a underlying skin infection/condition - that may need to be cultured or biopsied -and may need to be treated with appropriate oral medicines.

Hernia, maybe: Could be that you have an umbilical hernia, or swelling around the belly button. Any number of skin conditions or local trauma to the area could also cause pain.

See physician: any distended organ (a loop of intestine, for example) will cause that.  You need your physician to evaluate this.  He/she is likely to need Xrays, ultrasound and blood tests to complete the workup and provide appropriate therapy.

Muscle or nerve: If chronic appendicitis has been ruled out, you are left with the possibility of a localized inflammatory disorder of  the skin, muscles or nerves in that region. A thorough physical exam may point to one of these directions to investigate further.
