A few ideas: Sharp pain with nausea etc., could be a sign of endometriosis or adenomyosis, especially with enlarged uterus and tender cervix.  Could also be an infection like endometritis or STD .  The approach for these are hormonal and antibiotics, respectively.  Both are a little tricky to diagnose as well.  Make sure you're not pregnant or dehydrated, first.  Doctor may recommend a biopsy to diagnose.

Need a pelvic exam: The cervix is an organ with very poor pain innervation. You really should not be able to feel tenderness in your cervix.  There could be many pelvic reasons as to why you feel tenderness when sitting down.  Infection, muscular, pelvic prolapse, UTI.... etc.  You should have a pelvic exam

Could be: Ovulation can definitely cause some tenderness with deep penetration. If that's what it is, it should resolve in a few days.

Are you pregnant?: Take a pregnancy test. You may have implantation spotting and not a period. Also see your gynecologist for evaluation as painful sex and cervical tenderness might indicate an infection or inflammation. Good luck

Could be many: Things from the benign, like painful trauma from your significant other "striking" your cervix during intercourse (for many women this is quite painful) to some inflammatory changes from an infection.  If this persists, consider seeing your doctor.

This isn't: isn't necessarily the most effective way to detect ovulation.  Encourage use of ovulation predictor calendar or ovulation predictor kit. Take care.

what could happen if you had a biopsy on you cervix and you had sex 4 days after and your very sore ?

Don't do it: Probably you were instructed not to have sex this soon? SO #1 don't do it again, until cleared. Probably nothing will happen to you, but infection and bleeding are the main risks, you might check with your doctor if you don't feel better fast.
