why is it then when i swallow with my tongue touching the roof of my mouth, salvia makes no noise going down. but, when i swallow with my tongue resting touching my bottom teeth, i can feel like something hard when i swallow. normal?

Normal: Your tongue is supposed to rise to the roof of your mouth to push food/saliva back and down. Have no idea what's happening when you force your tongue down when swallowing. Have your General Dentist and General Physician examine you at your next regular check-up.

ok so i want to go get my wisdom teeth removed and i was put to sleep now it feels like my tonsils are touching my tongue and i keep having trouble swallowing any hurts to swallow it feels like my tonsils are just like sitting on the top of my tongue?

See DR right away: Please see the surgeon who removed your teeth RIGHT AWAY.  You need to find out why "the tonsils are touching tongue"--likely from swelling. If so, it is important to know if the swelling is within the expected result from the treatment (less likely), or not.  If it is not expected, the reason for swelling needs to be determined, and the proper post-surgery care should be given. See the doc ASAP.

  Let symptoms be your guide -- if your not having any pain or unusual symptoms from intestines; Piece of plastic fork should pass uneventfully.

Not a problem: I assume this button is for orthodontics. Swallowing it is not a problem. Just get it replaced.

Constant coughing: will not cause any dental problems.  However, this should be evaluated by your physician to determine cause if it lasts more than 2-3 days, especially without an apparent cause.

2-3 days: Most likely it was your wisdom teeth removed. Take your pain medicine. Use ice as directed. You should feel better soon.
