No Sun: Stay out of the sun and when outside stay covered with clothes or remain it the shade and wear sunblock. Good Luck.

The healthiest: option is spray  or lotion tan. Other options carry risks.

Vitiligo: Vitiligo -white patches of pigment loss from the skin-occurs with too much tanning. She should stop, stay out of the Sun as much as possible, use SPF 30 or higher Sun screen, and see a Dermatologist.

i was fair looking during the initial days and due to the sun exposure my face colour darkened , will that tan eventually go away or is it permanent ? what other options do i have to get back my old glow?

Accepted Answer

: Consistent exposure to the sun will darken the skin. Staying inside, wearing high SPF sunscreen, wearing a hat and covering the skin will keep the sun from darkening the skin and your skin will return to a lighter color. You also have the option of using an over the counter skin lightener.

Don't know diagnosis: This can't be diagnosed with the information that is available. A history, physical examination &amp; other studies may be needed to determine cause/causes. 
Once accurately assessed a treatment plan can be developed.

No: Not if they are the last 2 pills in a 28 day package.

if you tan.in a tanning bed and then you start getting white spots on your back what does that mean?

Fungus?: You may have an early fungal infection, commonly know as ringworm. Don't forget that the person who used the tanning bed before you sweat just as much as you do. I always recommend the stand-up tanning booths to my patients that insist on tanning.

i have these brown spots on my neck and on the back of it. they are these brown tan patches and it looks like i am getting more as the years go by.

AGE SPOTS: These sound like "age spots" or "liver spots". They are usually benign lesions that appear to be "stuck on".  However, some can be pre-cancerous and deserve to be evaluated by a physician. See your primary care provider or a dermatologist.

hi! i have 2 tan-brown spots on my back and i want them gone. i just noticed them tonight and i am a child under the age of 18. mom dont know about it?

You are a minor!: Nobody will do anything to you without your mother's or father's legal consent. You are only 9 years old. Speak to at least one of them about your concerns.

i'm freckly but developed a new tan one on right back and looked like getting bigger. it looked scabby and i peeled off top layer after a shower. checked rest of back and another abrasion that when rubbed bled. is this something that needs looked at?

: Yes. Your pigmented lesions need to be examined and may need to be remove so that the tissue can be examined by a pathologist.
