COVID 19: 103.8  F is definitely high. Acetaminophen or NSAID's can be used to reduce fever. Naprosyn is considered a good choice if you use an NSAID. If you are not able to bring down your fever with this combined with good hydration, consider a medical consultation on-line.

Food and antibiotics: Regular nutritious diet is recommended.  Be sure to take antibiotic as directed and timed with meals.  Good idea to take probiotics e.g. Live culture yogurt while on antibiotics to replenish the beneficial bacteria in the colon unless not indicated for some reason.

No contraindication: There is no activity restriction for patients taking antibiotics unless otherwise instructed by the prescribing physician.

Accepted Answer

Yes: Azo (azo-standard) has Phenazopyridine in it. This is a dye and a urinary tract analgesic.  The dye will turn your urine red, but will help relieve the discomfort of a urinary tract infection and does acidify the urine- which will help to eradicate the infection. Yes it can be taken safely with the antibiotics- which should be used for the full prescribed course and not stopped just when symptoms.

HIGH AMYLASE&ANTIBIO: No antibiotics and there are many different antibiotics used for various infections, but commonely used oral antibiotics do not cause elevation of amylase to my knowledge.

No: Alcohol is a poison and it never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it whether you are taking antibiotics or not.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

You should not: Make sure that you have stopped taking antibiotics for at least a few days prior to giving blood. Some potential recipients could be allergic.
