Not only can,should!: I advise all my patients to take probiotics while on antibiotics. I advise everyone take Sacchromyces Boulardii (sold as FloraStor) and one with multiple strains of acidophilus/bifidus. Look for ones with at least 20 billion bacteria. Advanced Naturals is a quality line and Culturelle is also a good product.
This will reduce odds of diarrhea &amp; vaginal yeast. Take at start of meal. Continue after.

Anti-fungal: changing the fungal content of the bowel rarely has complications. Terbinafine is an anti-FUNGAL. Should not do anything to the normal bacterial content of the gut and as such, not a problem.

No change: The Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud is not affected by antibiotics.  The failure rate will be 1% or less with the mirena, (levonorgestrel) regardless of antibiotic use.

Ibuprofen: Nutofeon is primarily Ibuprofen and this medication does not target specific types of pain.  It should not interfere with either the antibiotics or probiotics.

It depends...: ...on the antibiotic and the reason for treatment. Some infections require antibiotic treatment for many months or even years -- and rarely, for life. OTOH, you should not take any antibiotic for such a prolonged period unless prescribed. If you have concerns about your particular infection and the antibiotic(s) prescribed, discuss it with the doctor treating you.

: There is not enough information to answer this question. Which antibiotic, what is being treated. Typically antibiotics are prescribed for a bacterial infection. Occasionally multiple antibiotics may be used at the same time. If your Dr prescribed two antibiotics, follow the instructions printed on the bottle for each. Do not take leftover antibiotics or those belonging to someone else.

"coprocessor" ?: Not sure what you mean by "coprocessor" antibiotic. But in general, antibiotics are well tolerated. It might help to take it with food so your stomach doesn't get upset. Take it regularly as prescribed and finish the full course of the antibiotic.
