Usually, a person sees her doctor if the sore throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away quickly (mainly to check for strep throat); or as in this case there is drooling and difficulty swallowing, which can be emergency conditions and should be seen by the ER doctor.

Fever, nausea, vomiting, altered stool pattern, blood with stool, tenderness, distension? Painful urination, blood in urine? Recent trauma, herniation? Stressors? Other risks?

Pelvic area: Generally if you go to a Gyn, they will be checking your pelvic region.  Lower abdomen where the bladder, uterus, and vagina are located.  This will not hurt if you have no obvious problems.  But if there is an infection or something else going wrong that there might be some minor pain.  If this is your first first visit they will be gentle and slow.

Yes: Your inflammatory cells come in to take care of the bite and this causes swelling and warmth.  This should subside in a day or two --if not i would be concerned about an infection--see your family doc.

It depends: It depends on the cause.  Tactile hallucinations can also be known as formication -- and are common in amphetamine & Cocaine abuse.  Also alcohol withdrawal.  Can be found in schizophrenia and other delusional disorders as well.  Finding and treating the cause is best way to deal with tactile hallucinations.  See your primary care physician or a psychiatrist for help.
