2-6 weeks: hormonal bleeding may take up to 4 weeks to resolve. Taking 4 pills in one day will certainly cause bleeding and you must wait up to 2-6 weeks to stop after discontinuing hormonsal therapy.

Forgive my frankness: Even being a little bit anemic is EXTREMELY serious. If the cause of your iron deficiency has not been determined, it needs to be addressed -- rule out GI bleeding, ill-advised vegetarianism, and others. If it's just your monthly loss, you owe it to yourself and those who depend on your productivity to address it at once. Meds won't interfere with your cycle.

Yes: That is quite a large dose of progesterone. Usually you have a period when progesterone is stopped.

Duphaston: is a PROGESTERONE and Primolut is an ESTROGEN...Since you started on one of them already CONTINUE...One is not "better" than the other just "different:"

Qlaira: In looking at the package insert of Qlaira it is not suitable as an extended regime pill, or one used to delay periods.  That being said you should discuss this with your prescribing physician.

You are messing up: I advise you wait for a period and then do preg test
if negative, start a regular BCP or a mirena (levonorgestrel) IUD

Morning after pill?: If you took a morning after pill, it can alter the subsequent period. There's no way to predict exactly how long it will be delayed.  But if you had unprotected intercourse last cycle, even though the chances of pregnancy are low, just to be safe, i'd take a pregnancy test. An over the counter test should show positive if conception occurred at least 2 weeks ago.

Typical with Plan B: Plan b essentially disrupts the normal menstrual cycle by blocking or delaying ovulation. That it is how it works and why it is so different than a medical abortion. Irregular bleeding after taking Plan B is not rare. Always check a pregnancy test after using Plan B and see a doctor to start a better form of birth control.
