Be careful: People almost never get seriously sick from taking a few extra T3 (liothyronine) (thyroid) tablets; this is actually fairly common.  The only approach to weight loss that actually works is a combination of (1) realizing the food industry is playing you, and (2) finding some kind of aerobic activity that you actually enjoy & can share with friends / partner. T3 -liothyronine  OD: An overdose occurs when an excessive / dangerous dose of a drug is used. "Headache, irritability, nervousness, tremor, sweating, increased bowel motility and menstrual irregularities. Angina pectoris, arrhythmia, tachycardia, acute myocardial infarction or congestive heart failure may be induced or aggravated. " A massive OD can resemble thyroid storm. Depends on your: body size, tolerance to meds, previous exposure, etc.  If you are average size and have taken these meds before, it should be ok.  You might want to take half dose first, if you want to make sure.

Maybe none: T3 (liothyronine) &amp; T4 are the active thyroid hormones.   But low T3 (liothyronine) by itself may be normal, unless either T4 is low or TSH is elevated, then total thyroid production is likely low.   See your doctor for full evaluation and treatment.

Should be normal : Assuming you do not have thyroid disease then the t3 (liothyronine) level should be in the normal range. If you do have thyroid disease then you should be on medication to normalize the levels.

Pregnancy thyroid: T4 and t3 (liothyronine) are bound to blood proteins. The level of these proteins goes up in pregnancy, so the level of total T4 and t3 (liothyronine) goes up, but the level of "free" T4 t3 (liothyronine) stays normal.  The normal range depends on the lab, and the units. I do not recognize "1.54".  A normal total t3 (liothyronine) in non-pregnant is about 90-190 ng/dl. It is higher in pregnancy, and if there is suspicion of hyper then you need a free t3 (liothyronine).

: It appears that you have hyperthyroidism. You should see an endocrine doctor so you can be evaluated, including your labs and any symptoms you are having. Once diagnosed, you can be treated. So, see an endocrine doctor. Good luck to you!
