If : If there is a possibility you could be pregnant, you should take a pregnancy test.  It sounds as though the ones you took were too soon.

You can either take a home pregnancy test as long as it has been 5- 6 weeks since your last normal period, or you can go see your doctor and they can test you. A home pregnancy test is 97% accurate if taken a week or more after the missed period and a doctor's test can tell around when you should be getting your next period.

There are other reasons besides pregnancy that can cause a woman to miss a period such as: stress, diet, excessive exercise or a hormone imbalance such as with a thyroid disorder or polycystic ovarian syndrome. Pos pregnancy test?: Did you ever have a positive pregnancy test?  It is possible that you were briefly pregnant, but it did not attach for very long, and that is why a urine pregnancy test was negative.  I suggest you be seen for an exam to make sure you don't have a vaginal infection, or other gynecologic problem like ovarian cysts or fibroids.  And you may want to ask if a serum pregnancy test is needed.

If you symptoms persist, and the test is negative, and no period, see your doctor to find out why.
