90 days: Regarding the window period, if you may have been exposed to syphilis less than 3 months ago (window period) and get tested for syphilis, there is a risk of a false negative.  

There are many types of syphilis tests, including a rapid HIV-syphilis test and a rapid test for syphilis, both for use at the point of care.  Most tests for syphilis are looking for antibodies.

: There has been no precise research on time to positive syphilis blood tests. The  screening tests (RPR, VDRL, EIA for IgG and/or IgM antibody) for sure are conclusive by 90 days, and probably positive over 95% of the time by 6 weeks. In my 40+ years in the STD business, I've never had a patient with negative results at 6 weeks who later had positive test results. If it happens, it is very rare.

Not ruled out yet: Incubation period for syphilis varies from 7 to 90 days.  Negative RPR 4 months after exposure will virtually rules out syphilis.

2 weeks: Blood test for syphilis becomes positive 2 to 4 weeks after infection is acquired.  Neg. at 2 months=no syphilis. Were you exposed to syphilis? To other STD? Risky behavior?

: There is no credible evidence that they do. It is good that you are negative but please always use precaution when having sex to avoid any STD

Depends: It means that another test is needed to confirm the disease. It is a possibility that it is syphilis but another confirmatory test is needed. Sometimes autoimune diseases can cause positive RPR tests.
