MTN Air: i get to work in Appalachia and I have heard that the mountain air can increase your appetite. What I am most concerned with however, is rickettsial disease caused by ticks.  Please do a thorough tick check behind ears soon hairline and if you find any make sure it is fully removed. Keep an eye out for weird rashes and recurrence of these symptoms in the next few weeks and see local doctor.

Don't jump the gun: Highly unusual presentation for first time neuropathy.  I'd check the obvious things first in what you've said then, move from there.  Check to be sure there is no acid reflux going on which can cause everything you're saying.  Makesure cardiac status is normal and then, finally look into possible reasons you may be anxious (i.e. New job?  College student? Marital issues?)  all the best!

Dehydration: If you are unable to keep down any liquids or you are having more than 4 watery stools an hour, chills, fatigue, then it might not be a bad idea to consider presenting to an urgent care for IV fluids.

mult possibilities: So there are many causes of the symptoms you are describing. Stomach weakness could be from something you have eaten or from irritable bowel. It is hard to tell just based upon the info you have provided. But maintaining a regular diet and healthy activity/exercise can help with this. This could also help with any back strain. But 1st rest until pain better. But if continues should see an md.

You need to see doc: While muscle weakness in the abdominals can lead to this 'pooch' , your description could be a hernia. That is more serious and may require a surgical repair.

If only that simple: Can you imagine the business doctors could have in their offices if all we had to do was cause PINCHED NERVES so that people could lose weight?  Oh yeah man...give me that little cervical or lumbar radiculopathy for those flabby 15 lbs.  Sorry though...not that simple...pinched nerves can HURT and be painful but they don't trigger or aid in losing weight.

Unclear question: How could have strained your esophageal sphincter? If you have stomach pain that is not going away, you should see a doctor as it is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

See another doctor: Consider a thorough evaluation by a family physician, internist, or perhaps a neurologist.  Neurologist are specialist in diseases of the neurologic (nervous) system.  Sharp pain on your spine that radiates to all body parts sounds like a neurologic problem.  An emergency room,  is not the best place to get a throrough evaluation.  More likely, they will rule out life threatening condition.
