I doubt it: A standard glass of wine is 4-5 oz.  That means your are drinking only 2 glasses a night.  That typically does not reach the level of consumption which would cause alcohol withdrawals.

Bleeding: alcohol may cause blood to become "more thin" while on coumadin (warfarin) and this could lead to serious bleeding.

Alcoholism: If you drink heavily or to black out or just too much you may find that you cannot control your drinking.  You can make plans but if  you have the ism of alcoholism you may need to give up the control and ask for help.

Help is there.  There are addiction counselors or addiction psychiatrists. There are detox and treatment centers.  There are group therapy programs such as aa.
