Muscle spasm: It could be a muscle or disc problem.You need to make sure the type of exercise you are doing is not causing or adding to your problem.See your PCP.May need to see a neurologist.

Irregular: Due to your age and symptoms things to check are:
does the pain get worse around your periods although irregular things like endometriosis can cause low back and pelvic pain around menses.
You may have a low back cause like a lumbar disc or a joint in the back exacerbating and causing inflammation and spasm .
both of these conditions are aided by anti-inflammatories if not allergic

Discuss with MD: You need an evaluation, you may have pelvic inflammation from any number of reasons, you will need a good pelvic exam and some lab studies.  If you have been sexually active, at any time, the concern and urgency is increased.
