"Pill abortion" ?'s: a "pill abortion" may not actually stop pregnancy, so obtain a serum HCG test to be certain you are not still pregnant. If the test is negative, see your gyn physician for additional testing and an exam. Ask him/her about low dose oral BCP's for safe birth control.

: Keep the genital area clean by washing outside with moisturizer soap, change the pad often &amp; continue to observe the bleeding for now, and go to urgent care or ER if you have fever/chill and pelvic pain (pain below the navel area which is called hypogastric area).

What looks like tissue is really decidua (the lining of the uterus taht is thick due to pregnancy).  If you don't have bleeding within a week, you need to follow up with your doctor to make sure the medication worked.
