No effect: There is a possible issue early in pregnancy from Mercury contamination from certain sea fish.  This is not an issue by 37 weeks as your baby is so far along that there is no effect event if the fish were contaminated.

Nobody knows: Nobody has been able to demonstrate an effect of mercury in ordinary fish-eating even in countries where a lot is consumed (the Faroes, the Seychelles, Australia). The EPA advice against all women and children eating any swordfish is political -- and no surprise from an agency that once declared sandbox sand a cause of cancer. I find no realistic basis for fear.

Mercury: Is a heavy metal that can be toxic at high doses. It can lead to damage to brain, kidneys & lung. Symptoms of toxicity include impaired vision/hearing/speech, disturbed sensation, lack of coordination, itching, burning, pain, skin discoloration & shedding, profuse sweating, heart racing, high blood pressure, labile moods, memory & sleep disturbance.

The amount of : Morphine from poppy seeds can vary remarkably. As a result the federal institute for risk assessment  (germany) has recommended that pregnant women not eat poppy seeds.

No RAW meat/fish: Besides raw meat/fish (n minimize processed meats/cold-cuts), you should be eating a healthy, well balanced diet, and regular exercises just like everyone else should. You may need a bit more iron/calcium/folic acid which are provided in your prenatal vitamins. Only eat more to gain about 25-30lbs total during pregnancy. Consult doc or nutritionist if needed. Yes, but...: Yes, it's ok to eat spicy foods when pregnant, but since there tends to be more symptoms of reflux during pregnancy, spicy foods will make this worse.
