: If the tests are normal you have no problem with the artery and veins. Drink an adequate amt. of water, wear supportive underwear and take warm water soaks in a tub. You will be fine.

Varicocele: Swollen veins inside the scrotum can be caused by a varicocele or varicose veins which can slow down the testicle circulation and thus produce pain because of lack of oxygen. Having the varicocele on the right side for a prolonged length of time not only causes atrophy or shrinkage of the testicle but also causes decreased sperm production.

Prostatitis? : It sounds you were being treated for prostatitis. Often times this condition is difficult to treat and might take time. Antibiotics might have to be taken for more than 4 weeks, and Alpha blockers for even longer. Beyond that urinary issues related to the prostate gland also respond to over the counter preparations like saw palmetto being taken on a daily basis.

Only an advise: I have no clue what you may have. Varicocele is usually on the left side and goes with low sperm count which you don't have. Have follow up appointments with your md but you may consider a second opinion too. Make sure also that the size of your kidneys are normal...
