Possibly: If you have severe pain in the testicle you need to go to the emergency room now as it could be a torsion and you are at risk of losing the testicle. Otherwise you could have a possible infection or other problem. See your doctor to have testing done- probably a urine analysis and ultrasound.

Swelling: Bleeding can occur after vasectomy, depending on severity it can resolve in a few days to several weeks. Infection or inflammation can occur that may require bed rest, nsaids or antibiotics. Talk to the surgeon, he should be able to help you..

Please : Please be seen for this.  Possible causes for swelling include: varicocele, epididymitis, hydrocele, torsion, orchitis just to mention. Lumps or swelling in the scrotum should be evaluated by a doctor.

Painfull testicle: Sounds like traumatic irritation to the testicle. Try fluids, NSAID, elevating (tight underwear or supporter), also use cool compress.  If problem persists, see a urologist or your physician.

i had a spermatocele removed on 7/17/17  is it normal for the testicle to be swollen double the size of the other one?

Not normal: This definitely is not "normal" following surgery. I would guess you have a hematoma, i.e. bleeding at the surgical site, perhaps now with some inflammation due to the blood. If not especially painful, probably not serious. But you shouldn't be trying to sort this out on this or any other distant forum. Contact the doctor who did the surgery!

Possible emergency: Torsion or twisted testis must be excluded if pain developed suddenly. This is an emergency as blood supply to testis is cut off. Epididymitis &amp;/or orchitis are painful inflammatory conditions with swelling of testis. Onset of pain is slower than with torsion. All cases of acute onset of testicular pain must be considered ae torsion until proven otherwise in Emergency Room. Good Luck.

2 weeks: If you were treated for gonorrhea, then you must not have intercourse with anyone until it is confirmed that you are cured.  A followup culture two week later would be appropriate.  Your partner(s) must also be treated.

i have a slight uncomfortable pain above my right testicle it started 2 days ago i think and last night i feelt the tubing then it got a bit swollen ?

Answer: If the pain is in the back of the testicle without history of injury, most likely cause is epididymitis, which can often be diagnosed in a doctor's office by a simple urine test.  Another common cause in young men for this type of discomfort is a varicocele, which is non infectious.  Avoid heavy lifting, treat constipation/coughing as these things could increase the pressure and worsen the pain
