Vaginitis: There are too many possibilities to judge the cause, maybe more than one. Strong odor suggests certain kinds of infection (bacterial vaginosis, trichomonas, forgotten tampon, others) but "major discomfort", swelling, burning, etc go along better with other problems (yeast, herpes, allergic reaction, others). Don't guess at OTC treatment; if wrong, could make things worse. See a doctor ASAP.

Prob blocked gland : It sounds like it is a blocked gland. These can get more infected if not unblocked, so you should see a doctor about it. It could be a wart or other type of lump also. I'm not sure there is anything you should do for it on your own.

Swollen labia minora: The inner labia usually are not swollen unless there is an infection present. A MD exam will make that determination. A hot sitz bath can take away any pain until you can see the MD.

Have checked: It's possible to have firm, enlarged labia after direct trauma to the area (over-vigorous wiping or scrubbing, other injuries). In this case there would be discomfort from swelling, but no bright redness or severe pain. Other causes of swelling include infection (cellulitis, abscess) and other less common causes. Warm or cool compresses, sitz baths, and otc pain relievers may help. See a doc.
