Yes and no.: If you are breaking out and these breakouts are blisters this could be some type of herpes.  You need to show this to your doctor if it is still present. Abscess : It is probably a rectal abscess. It will require antibiotics at least and possibly surgery. I would head to nearest urgent care center or your PCP.
