Superficial thrombo: It can be superficial thrombophlebitis,needs heat compressor and also see your PCP to make sure it is not DVT

Probably not yeast: These are not the typical sites for yeast infection and thus it is likely from something else. Pregnancy itself can be associated with unusual skin rash which should subside within 30 days after delivery. If the problem persists and not helped by topical cortisone, see your doctor or a dermatologist.

It : It is unclear whether the three are physically in proximity, where on the leg they are located, what associated medical problems you may have and what the inciting cause was (e.g. Trauma?)  in any case, what you may have is a furuncle, i.e. Boil.  In some patients, the hair follicle get infected, sometimes called folliculitis - this may lead to a deeper and wider skin infection called furunculosis. Carbuncles are series of abscesses in the subcutaneous tissue that drain via hair follicles and are a complication of furunculosis. Frequently developing on the back of the neck, face, armpit, thighs and buttocks, furuncles and carbuncles are caused by perspiration, friction and bacteria.  People who are obese, on corticosteroid therapy, or those with defective white blood cell function may be predisposed to furuncles and carbuncles.   Furuncles and carbuncles may be treated with warm compresses, which promote spontaneous drainage, as well as oral and topical antibiotics.  If the redness increases, particularly if a red streak appears, then you should see your physician.

Insect Bites: Your bumps are most likely bug bites but to be sure of the diagnosis you need to be seen by a dermatologist. Treatment would be topical prescription cortisone like clobetasol.

Need more details: Please ask your sister if there is history of trauma, accidents, falls etc..How long the bump been there. Is it painful. Is it hard or soft. Acute swelling and painful of any part of body is a cause of concern. It could be a boil ,an abscess, hematoma. a cyst, a mass or a tumor. Huge bump of the whole leg needs to be evaluated asap. It could lead to very dangerous compartment syndrome. Good luck !
