Hard to guess: Plan B works regardless of ovulation, or broken condoms, or ejaculations into vaginas. Plan B can alter the menstrual bleeding for the cycle in which Plan B was taken, and sometimes the next cycle too, so there may be some irregular spotting. One should be sure to check a home pregnancy test about 3 weeks after sex, because Plan B works most of the time, but not all the time.

Possible pregnancy: First get a pregnancy test. Next examine your own breasts for lumps or tenderness. Thirs- avoid push up or underwire bras and certainly consult your GYN for hormonal evaluation.

That is possible.: Breast soreness can occur due to stretching from increased fluid retention.  Breast pain can occur in conjunction w premenstrual syndrome, ovulation, your period, pregnancy, hormone imbalance or use of oral contraceptives.

Not at all: In EKG should still be accurate. If there is a significant amount of tissue (for example if someone is obese or has very significant swelling), then the lead conduction will be reduced, but the overall picture should not change. Hope this helps.

Some : Some women do get cramping and swelling of breasts in-between periods.  You are exactly right, it could be ovulation, but ovulation usually does occur just once in most women.  Hormone swings for other reasons can cause these symptoms as well however.

Bra fit: Too much friction from poorly fitting bras can cause this. If its one side or doesn't improve, you should have it checked out.

Doubtful: I have never heard of this happening. I cannot determine how this might happen. If anything it may firm the muscles under the breasts and promote a more well supported breast. Good Luck.

Two issues: Hormonal changes cause breast pain. Your doctor can prescribe a birth control pill the would limit your periods to once a year and that may alleviate this issue. For the pain on intercourse you may try water based lubricant like K-Y jelly to facilitate penetration without excessive friction.
