Possibly: I would definitely get checked out by your gynecologist.  These symptoms might suggest an infection or pid.  Better to get it checked out to make sure you're ok.

Common : Most infants will have lymph glands in either inguinal fold that measure about the size of a peanut. They are normal findings.On occasion they may double their size during a simple viral illness, after some vaccines or when a skin disturbance is located nearby.

Not usually: There are many reasons for inguinal node enlargement and cervical cancer is low on this list. If you are healthy otherwise. give it a couple more weeks to see how they progress.  If you have lower abdominal or genital problems, you will need to see your doctor.

Check  source: If nodes appear swollen, check for possible origin such as a skin lesion on the legs or lower abdomen.  Also in females a vaginal lesion must be ruled out as well as perianal growth.  If nothing found glands are to be watched.  If the become more numerous, larger or firmer then biopsy indicated.

Usually not unless: The fissure has got infected and you now have a perirectal abscess. Best to be examined by a colon and rectal surgeon to offer proper advice on management of either.

RO lymphoma or met.: This is an abnormal node that needs excisional bx.  Path review defines dx.  This can represent early lymphoma or met to node.  Met can arise from perianal area Ca or region adjacent to vulva.

Maybe serious, see MD: I'm not sure what you mean by "purpura cluster". If the skin overlying the swelling is red or purple, or if there are blister- or pimple-like lesions, it could be a serious bacterial infection, or maybe herpes or shingles. See a doctor promptly. It is especially urgent if the swelling is large, if the area is tender, or if you have fever. Good luck!

No: See your DR. Since it is shrinking, and since you report no other symptoms, it is likely to be a benign process. Are you sure it is a lymph node?
