what would cause a clicking/popping sound when swallowing? feels like my adam's apple is gettin stuck or something. i have no pain.

ENT for Clicking: The best advise is the see an ENT specialist (ear nose and throat). This is a surgeon that specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of conditions involving the ear nose and throat.  More specificially i would recommend someone who deals mostly with diseases of the throat. He may ask for specific tests such as an MRI and perhaps an esophogram.

Not all related: The popping of the ears can be easily explained by Eustachian tube opening when you swallow.  This is absolutely normal and you are just aware of a normal physiological activity.  The slight dizziness is too non-specific to comment on.  Both of these symptoms are probably not related to the visual disturbance.  But certainly consult an eye physician for the latter problem.

maybe an odd question, but should i normally hear a click in my ear when i swallow? or is it supposed to be no sound when swallowing?

Eustachian tube: Most people have a clicking sound in the ears when we swallow. This is the eustachian tube opening. Normal. If you need reassurance or other symptoms develop, see an ENT doc.

i kno it sounds gross but does chewing pills work too? iron tabs are too big to swallow..

Yes and no: some medications are ok to chew and some are not especially long acting medications.  As your physician if a particular medication is safe ti chew or break into smaller pieces

every time i swallow food it get stuck and if never goes down it comes back up then i start to get a weird crunching clinking sound when i swallow and when im laying down the foods starts to come back up ?

Doctor can examine: Such symptoms may possibly due to achalasia, or other causes. One can see her primary care doctor, who can refer to a gastroenterology doctor if needed. Achalasia is when the lower end of the esophagus is too tight, and swallowed liquids and foods have a hard time getting into the stomach, and thus remain in the esophagus and flow back into the throat when a person lies down or bends over.

Fluid = hearing loss: Fluid behind your ear drum leads to hearing loss. What you are describing is either incomplete wax impaction of your ear canal or an issue with ear pressurization or both. See an ENT for evaluation.

An infection: This could be anything, including strep infection. Get to a doctor as soon as possible.

Yes: Very possible since all your ear problems checked out ok, 
then you should see a TMJ specialist or an oral surgeon to check your TMJ ..
