: You should see an eye doctor and have your eyes examined to find out if there is anything wrong causing your symptoms. It is not clear based on your description what the issue is. If the eye doctor does not find any problems, it could be some type of floater which is likely benign. If the eye doctor finds a cause, it can be treated. Good luck!

Keep it clean: Thoroughly clean an abrasion, remove any foreign material, apply a topical antibiotic cream if wound was dirty or is deep.. Sometimes it is helpful to cover the wound to keep it clean but many small abrasions can heal well when exposed to air as long as they are kept clean.

Good exercise: Fitness decisions should go far beyond concerns about skin. It's my sport, and i hope that if you enjoy it, it will become yours as well. Nobody cares if your skin is oily. You can manage acne with benzoyl peroxide or prescription stuff. The benefits of exercise can't be bought and are among the best things life can give. Best wishes.

Location?: I have a few patients who bought a spandex type sleeve and slip it on their arm to avoid sun exposure to their tattoos.

Not likely: Scoliosis is a lateral curvature of the spine. Causes include bony deformities and either paralysis or spasm of the paraspinal muscles. Exercise is generally not useful for straightening the spine (this generally requires surgery), although exercise can help reduce symptoms such as pain and allow you to be more functional.

eczema & swimming: do they clash badly?

No: I'm simply glad that you want to exercise. Especially if it's open-water swimming and there's some dirt involved, clean the affected areas with extra care. If pool chlorine irritates the eczema, it's your decision whether to continue. In fact, some eczema folks report that this greatly benefits the skin problem. Eczema's usually manageable with today's rx -- tried tacrolimus?

Yes: If the child is well enough to be active and go out, they should be fine going swimming. Depending on whether they are on antibiotics or not, be aware that while on some antibiotics, exposure to the sun needs to be limited.
