There are quite few causes to think about from simple hormonal problem to infection and even cancer.
So I would like you to see your doctor for further assessment and management as needed.

Try cold applications for a day or two and then switch to intermittent heat. Nsaids like ibuprofen,if you can take them, should help. See your Physician if there is a true lump or if symptoms persist.
