hi, when i become really hot and sweaty, my back becomes very itchy, tingly and my shirts get white stains on them. why is that?

Histamine is itchy: Sometimes exercise can trigger the release of histamine, which causes itching. An antihistamine such as zyrtec (cetirizine) before exercising might help. The white stains have me stumped.

Athletes foot: The smelly and itchy part of your symptoms is probably due to a fungal infection. The sweaty part is what is usually attracting the fungus. You will need an anti-fungal cream and a powder on your feet to help decrease the moisture.

Itching armpits: You may have Hidradenitis. AKA 
sweaty infected sweat gland in armpits.

Bumps on penis: The bumps may be ingrown hairs, pimples, or warts,  they may also be due to an std.  So, it may be minor or a bit more involved.  In any case your doc can determine what it is and treat it.  Dark damp places can make all of this worse. The very best to you.

Dizzy: These all sound like normal symptoms at this point in pregnancy. Drink lots of water and try not to stand in any one position for a long time. Eat frequent meals throughout the day.

Red bumps: The heat and sweating is causing you to develop hives. Take benadryl (diphenhydramine)  to control  the itching

Small-Fibre Neuropathy involves sweating in unusual areas along with Itching, burning, numbness and tingling of the skin. Either of these can be a sign of environmental problems, hormonal imbalance, infection, diabetes, thyroid problem or even cancer. See a Dr for a full physical exam and testing.

Skin rash: Itching with physical activity that causes one to sweat is not uncommon. This may be from irritation from your clothing or from the sweat itself. Your thighs are obviously sensitive. Do you see a rash when the itch comes? If it's red or bumpy, it's a rash. If you don't see anything, then it's not a rash, just an itch.

You must rule out allergens in home and work environment  Remember " ALLERGIES DEVELOP OVER TIME AND EXPOSURE"  you must keep a diary to assist you, while you are documenting potential triggers, you should be on a H1 blocker Zyrtec 10mg/ H2 blocker Zantac 300mg/ leukotrine inhibitor Singulair (montelukast) 10mg.     After labs and allergy testing serum may be needed
