Tunnel vision: Your experiencing sweating, tunnel vision, dizziness along with nausea most likely are having coronary insufficiency! take a baby aspirin, with gatorade or water and immediately call 911. Get to a cool restful place and lie down. Tell someone close by how you are feeling and that you may be having a heart attack and help has been called. If you have nitroglycerine tab take one. Get help.

Possible but: Cosider other causes like low blood sugar ( hypoglycemia) whether you are diabetic or not. Also, sweating could cause dehydration specially with nausea preventing repletion leading to dizziness etc. This may need a closer look by your doc.

You need blood tests: You should see your doctor right away so that you can have blood work done. Are you taking any kind of medication/herbal supplement/diet pill? Are you under a lot of stress lately?Your thyroid function, blood count, metabolic profile, glucose test, pregnancy test(i presume you're female)are  tests that are likely to be checked.  It is difficult to point to one diagnosis without additional info.

If : If there is any concern for pregnancy, then please take a pregnancy test to be sure.  As you are having unusual symptoms and bleeding then it would be reasonable to have testing.  If you have persistent symptoms, or have vomiting, dizziness/fainting, or other symptoms that are unusual then it would be reasonable to contact your physician.

watch your diet stay on light to a liquid diet.

i'm reducing celexa (citalopram) dose from 30 to 20mg. now i feel nausea, dizzy, lightheaded, sweating, sore throat and chills. is it normal? how long will it last

Dose change: Any change of dose needs medical supervision. Tapering should be done slowly so you have no symptoms or very mild/transient at worst. Write down when you last took the 30 mg pill and when symptoms began. You can taper by 5 mg increments if nec. Talk to prescribing doctor without delay for guidance. I hope this helps.

Vitamin D Deficiency: More and more we are becoming aware of multiple symptoms of vitamin d deficiency.

You need to have a full workup to make sure you don't have anemia and check your sedimentation rate for inflammatory condition known as polymyalgia rheumatica and vitamin d levels.

Many things: Unfortunately, you've just listed a combination of symptoms that can be seen in anything from sinus infection to G.I. viral infection to even an abscessed tooth as well as migraine headaches and well, you get the idea. What you need is an examination by a Dr., perhaps some lab work, and probably a steaming hot bowl of chicken soup.  And of course, an apple a day once you're well.
