Your PCP?: If you have a PCP, he/she should be able to help you in managing almost all your symptoms, which are difficult to attribute to any one disease. So let's handle them one at a time. This requires you to make a list by order of  magnitude or severity to your mind. Some of the symptoms suggest an element of stress either in your home or work life. For this I would suggest that you exercise(walk) daily

Yes: I would be concerned about these symptoms and make sure they are not coming from your heart. If you are over 50 year old, you should get checked quickly as a heart attack can be the cause of such symptoms if you are someone at risk (l in case you have high blood pressure,  are a smoker or have high cholestetrol or have diabetes).

Need to examine: It not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. From what you described, it may be fungal infection. Try using anti-fungal foot powder under the breasts. If that does not improve the matter in a week or so, it would be prudent to see a doctor.

See you doctor asap: You need to see a physician asap for a breast exam, ultrasound and probably mammogram. If you have an integrative medicine doctor in your area, add a thermogram to your evaluation too. You may have an infection, but with these symptoms, you must rule out cancer.
