Psychosomatic: generally means a physical disease or symptoms that are caused by or made worse by mental factors. Lightheadedness is caused by inner ear problems, motion sickness, medication effects, circulation/blood pressure issues, dehydration and anxiety, among other causes. Because anxiety can make it worse, you might say there are psychosomatic factors, but dizziness is not usually considered psychosomatic

No: Lightheadedness is a central (brain) problem caused by decreased oxygenation to the brain and caused by a variety of diseases.  Vertigo, on the other hand, is a perception that the room is spinning around and is usually but not always an inner ear (vestibular inner ear) problem.  An ENT doctor can help you.

Several causes: Dehydration, medication reactions, drugs and alcohol, anemia; a few of underlying problems Maybe necessary to track further if hydration fails

Not common: I have treated patients with Accutane (isotretinoin) for many years and have not heard that particular complaint. Theoretically any medicine can cause just about any side effect but i really haven't seen that one.  I would talk this over with your dermatologist.

Common: This is one of the most common symptoms associated with pregnancy.  Many times it is related to fluid shifts in the body or anemia.  Get a blood count on your next visit and be sure you are taking iron and drinking plenty of fluids.

No: Those symptoms aren't related to sinusitis, it may be your inner ear, an ENT specialist would help sorting it out, good luck

May be nothing: The lightheadedness may not be related to the water at all but a manifestation of your underlying anxiety but if the water was very, very cold you could have had an excessive vagal response to it
